This Waterside Estate off the Chesapeake required a total reprogramming to improve the flow, expand the living area and connect the pool to the main house. First we moved the kitchen from and enclosed room to the hub of the house. Second, we added two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Third, we built two pool houses connected by a floating arbor. We clad the pools houses in the same material as the main house. With a few landscaping improvements we made our clients a beautiful vacation home!
